1- The Association of African Electricity Companies (ASEA) has received funding from the African Development Bank Group's
to cover the cost of the African Network of Centers of Excellence in Electricity (
African Network of Centers of Excellence in Electricity (ANCEE .0) and intends to use
part of the funds granted under this Grant to finance the contract
services of an audit firm for the African Network of Centers
of Excellence in Electricity (ANCEE .0) for the 2025 and 2026, and
2027.
2- The services provided under this contract mainly include:
− The accounting and financial audit of ANCEE accounts ANCEE 2025, 2026
and 2027 financial years in order to express a professional opinion on the status of the project and
ensure that the resources made available to the project have been used
in accordance with the provisions of the Don agreement;
− Review of the internal control system put in place;
− Assessment of the physical progress of project activities;
− Review of the compliance of procurement with the rules and standards
provided for.
