ELECTRA SA is a public electricity and water company based in Cape Verde. It operates in the sectors of production, transmission, distribution and commercialization of electricity and desalinated water at the national level (except for the island of Boavista, which is under concession).
The company has electrical infrastructure such as thermal power plants, photovoltaic power plants, transmission and distribution network concessions, as well as water infrastructure such as desalination plants, transmission, storage and distribution networks.
