The national electricity distribution company in Angola is ENDE - Empresa Nacional de Distribuição de Electricidade. It is an Angolan public company that is responsible for the distribution and commercialization of electricity throughout the country. It is also responsible for the maintenance and repair of the electricity distribution networks and for consumer billing. ENDE is financed by electricity tariffs paid by consumers and is subject to regulation by the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (ARSEP).
