Reporting to the Network Director, he/she is responsible for: Leading and coordinating engineering training activities in conjunction with the APUA's partner Centers of Excellence, which comprise the ANCEE network, based on analyses of the electricity companies' employment and skills needs. Managing the ANCEE advisory services, assisting electricity companies in addressing training gaps.
Monitoring and implementation of training engineering actions or training actions implemented with the network of partner center,
Diagnostic missions in Energy Commissions and/or Electricity Companies,
Participation in the creation of a pool of trainers,
Facilitating the UdC’s HR network,
Supporting the organization and implementation of management and gender training programs, and facilitating access to external HR expertise for ELECTRICITY COMPANIES,
Analysis of training reports and standardization of reports by making the necessary improvements and adaptations
Identify gaps in the training program specifically regarding E&S requirements, ER implementation, and gender integration; identify and/or develop/source training materials to address these gaps.
Collaboration with partners to improve and strengthen the ANCEE training
catalogue.
